St Cuthberts is the perfect base for families both with younger and older children.

The house is really spacious with beautifully proportioned rooms, and we have the full Sky package as well as a number of board games that will keep kids amused on rainy days.

Outside, St Cuthbert’s has a generous garden and farmland all around with no roads, so children have lots of space to run around in total safety.  There are clearly marked tracks down to the river which is a fantastic morning and evening spot (being mindful of the fisherman) for walks, skimming stones and picnics.

St Cuthberts is perfectly located within striking distance of a huge amount of family-friendly activities, some of which we have listed below to provide inspiration for outings during your stay.
